Customer Service – Coffee Meets Bagel – Remote
When your favorite app is crashing, you’re having login problems, or a feature isn’t working the way it’s supposed to, what’s the first thing you typically do? Ideally, you’d first try to read a basic FAQ 😉 but generally speaking, most of us are immediately looking for a number we can call, or an email address we can write to. The folks troubleshooting the problem, or responding to your query–that’s customer success (or at least one part of it) and Coffee Meets Bagel is looking for someone to join our amazing CS team!
The ideal candidate…
Great communicator: be able to absorb incoming tickets and respond in a helpful, timely, and empathetic manner.
Strong work ethic: you won’t be micromanaged but you will be expected to produce great work and have very happy customers.
Flexible: you’ll deal with a wide range of tickets so you’ll need to able to adjust on the fly.
Professional: provide exceptional service to all users.
