We are looking for Lead Customer Experience Manager to lead and take Coffee Meets Bagel’s Customer Experience team to the next level. Currently our Customer Experience team proactively engages with key business stakeholders across the company to bring forward the voice of the customer to identify and deliver critical customer impacting solutions.
There is no shortage of opportunity to relentlessly advocate on behalf of our customers and drive tangible results. In addition to this, we also envision Customer Experience team to make a significant contribution to company’s business KPIs and brand experience metrics.
