We very much hope you don’t need to return an item. Please keep in mind we’re a small start-up. If there’s a good reason for returning the product, here’s our return policy.
Our policy is effective for 14 days following the arrival of the product. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If there is an issue with the order you received, first of all, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us so we can work to resolve this for you.
Cancellations and Amendments
We are a print on demand provider. If you placed an order by mistake or need to amend an order, this can be done at any time before it is sent to production. Please keep in mind that at times this can be as early as 15 minutes after your order is placed. If you submit a request for cancellation or amendment, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Once your order has gone to production, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation or amendments. You may be eligible for an exchange depending on the situation.
Download products are not eligible for refunds. If you have an issue with a download product, please contact us.
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for refunds.
For an item to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed. It must also be in it’s original packaging.
If you believe your product is eligible for a refund, please contact us. All refund requests will be responded to with the appropriate steps to proceed with your refund or exchange.
Please note that you may be asked to return your product before a refund or exchange is processed.
Once your returned item has been received, you will be notified that we have received your item. The item in question will then be inspected. Following the inspection, you will be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original payment method used when the order of the item in question was placed. Processing time is determined by your bank your credit card company accepting the refund.
Items may only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.
Refund / Exchange Requests
For the fastest resolution, all requests must include a photo of the item in question. The photo must clearly display the issue in question.
Additionally, requests must include a detailed description of the issue.
This information will be used to help us with our order as well as eliminating similar errors in future orders.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
